Hamer Special w/ P90's

Anyone have one of these? They seem relatively inexpensive on Ebay (Around 500 bucks). I'm thinking about one in the future in leu of getting a Gibson Special. Any thoughts?

If its the double cutaway flametop Hamer, IT KICKS ASS. I played one of those at the local music shop, and I left dragging my jaw.

Great guitar. I love the Hamer necks-but the ones from the early 90s can be a little thin. If you like thicker necks, try to get a 1995 model (first digit in serial number will be a 5)

I'd definitely choose the Hamer over the Gibson.
