Hammond Organ amp Q's (Pictures)

As I stated in a post a few days ago, I got a Hammond Organ amp on Ebay. It sounds cool, but I have some questions that hopefully someone can answer:
Here is the amp and the side panel, which has a lot of terminals - are any of these going to (can I make them) do anything without an organ attached?

For clarification, the first panel reads: "PEDAL CUTOFF" "KEY SW" "DECAY SW" "SUS SW" "PEDAL IN"
The second reads: "Voice Coil" "GRD" "ATT KEY" "VIB" with "RADIO-PHONO" and "SPEC-IN" on top (I've been plugging into the "radio-phono" one.)

The tubes are 5U4, 6BA6, and two 6V6's. Would I gain anything by changing them out?

The amp also came with a speaker:

Unlike most speakers I've seen, this has four wires instead of two. What are the extras for? Also, obviously, there is a big coil assembly or something on the back of the speaker. I am generally unschooled in the workings of speakers... What is going on here, and would I be able to use another kind of speaker with this amp?

That's a field coil speaker - instead of a permanent magnet (Ceramic or Alnico) it uses a wire coil electromagnet. The two extra wires are for the DC voltage needed to energize the electromagnet, allowing the speaker to work.

Hammond organ amps make good, heavy-duty donors for guitar amp conversions. Search for "Plexi 6V6" at AX84.com for some glowing reviews of what can be done with these.

this looks really really cool, but i really dont have any clue. let me know if you figure anything else out about his, im sure it could sound like a champ when you're done.

Does it come with any cool keyboard effects? You didn't get a leslie right? those are great.

I would love a leslie, but for $50 plus shipping, this was all I could get!

I found a few references to some organ amps over at ax84.com, but most of it mean very little to me as it's pretty technical and I don't know the first thing about amp building. Also, is the 6BA6 preamp tube in the amp replaceable with any other kind of tube?
