Some of the pedals that come to my mind is Boss PS-5 Pitch Shifter,Digitech HarmonyMan and Digitech Whammy, but I still yet to know how much their price.
Surely can't afford those Eventide PitchFactor though :(

I just need a great pedal that can generate various pitch to double up my leads (think Brian May) because I don't have any keyboardist in my band so I don't wanna force my other guitar player to harmonize my leads because the band usually feel empty without some rhythm going on.

Anyone might help me please? :thanks:

I own a BOSS PS-5. I love the Detune feature for thickening solo guitar parts. As an intelligent pitch shifter it's just 'okay'. The 8ve effect is really cool, too.

Not sure if you're into rack mount effects, but I sold a Digitech DHP-33 harmonizer last year for $130. It does all sorts of inteliigent harmonies but it also has delays, chorus/vibrato, and I think it does some Whammy pedal stuff as well. The predecessor was the IPS-33B, and that one is pretty decent as well. You can find these used for not a lot of money, definitely less than the new Eventide Pitch factor.

I'm using the Digitech Whammy and like it alot. Its simple to use and the addition of a foot pedal is nice - I use it all the time to gets some really cool bends and dives.
