Has anyone tried Yamaha RGX-TT?

Re: Has anyone tried Yamaha RGX-TT?

I've played 1, my friend bought one when i told him to get a yamaha, differant model to the 1 your thinkin of. The g-400 custom is probably better then a gibson sg special, but it doesn't really sound the same as a gibson SG if thats what your looking for. I've never played the yamaha your thinkin of, but the fact is has seymour and duncan pickups in it already suggest its better value then the custom. And yamaha have awsome quality control, so I'd go with the yamaha. But the g-400 custom is still a very good guitar. One thing about the custom is that all 3 pickups in it have the same sound basicly, so its a waste. Where as i have a feeling that yamaha due to its pickups will have a very unique sound which will be a little more versatile. If you get the yamaha can you post some sound clips for me?
