Looking at this older pickup comparison chart the specs are 7.92k neck and 8.53k bridge

The newer website lists the specs as 8.3k neck and 8.9k bridge

So are they winding them a bit hotter now than originally? Any changes in tone?

Hmm very interesting [emoji3166]

I have a set I bought in 2016 in my Les Paul. Measured but forgot. Was close to original spec.

They work better a little further from the strings. I think the overall tone is a boost in the mids to lower mids and hotter output so you can run the pickups further and get natural sustain.

i don't know if they've changed or not, but i do know that the duncan website has given some mixed info over the years

Unless someone has inside knowledge, it is hard to know if that is an error on the website, or that something has changed over the years. Usually, SD keeps production changes to themselves.

I would suspect the old web information was erroneous and the newer corrected, but it’s entirely possible the newer information was “uncorrected” the wrong way around, given this is the Duncan web site - I’ve learned “web sites just aren’t their bag, man.”
