Hi all, this is a weird thing and I got no clue.
I have this touch-wah pedal, Guyatone Wah Rocker (WR-2 model). Lately I noticed that it affects my guitar's tone even after I switch it off. Like the tail of the sound gets amplified and only slowly returns to the original (uneffected) volume.
I have always used the pedal with batteries and never noticed this. This time I used it with an adaptor. Could this be the reason?
Also, I had a guy modify the pedal to true bypass. But he couldn't do it - the DPDT switch was too big to fit in the casing, so he restored it back to its original condition. He's an expert (he designed a pedal line for a renowned local brand) --- but still, can it be that he did something to cause this?
If you have any idea, please chime in.
Thanks
Tony
