Have had a Perpetual Burn Zebra here for a while and have tossed around what to drop in the neck with it. Have a 4 conductor Pearly Gates Zebra neck on hand but it's just not what I really want in this guitar. Tonight I snagged a floor custom Zebra Sentient neck to match the Perpet in that guitar. Will really be intersting to see what this combo does with the mahogany neck and body and the active passive set up.
like the Perpetual burn in the bridge of my 2017 Keisel DC 135 and the Sentient in the neck of the KOA 93 DC 127 so hope this combo works well.
Almost went with the 59 /Custom hybrid in the bridge like my 127 but wanted that extra compression and smoothness of the Perpet in this particular guitar. Also this is the electronics package it would come in if you ordered a pre Keisel Carvin Becker guitar with the PB Duncan option.
Same electronics as the guitar in this demo.
Question is will be the Sentient responds with that active module.
