these are taken off my brand new mij tele. condition is as new as it can get. the pickups are still protected by a plastic sheet.

fender vintage 3-saddle bridge with steel saddles, stamped 'fender pat pend' - $20

fender custom shop texas special tele neck and bridge pickup set - $60

fender japan dragster humbucker neck with nickel cover - $30

buy it all for $100 and i'll cover shipping.

Can you tell me a little about the japan dragster. I'm not familiar with this but i am looking for a new neck pickup, and the price looks good. I just want to know if it's what i'm looking for.

iirc, its a paf-style pickup available only on mij fenders. the j-craft jaguars, fat teles and strats comes stock. they are definitely paf-sounding.

tone-wise, think of it as a bas-3rd child between a seth and 59. it has slightly more mids than a 59 but not as mellow as a seth. also the lows and highs are not as in-your-face as a 59 but still plenty bright to cut through.
