I've been an enthusiastic SPB-3 user for my 4 string standard p-bass for more than 10 years and am about to buy a Squier Vintage Modified Precision V. Please, tell me I can fit these new quarter pound in it!! Being a "copy" of the 5 string p-bass it should use the same slot... if it fits, I'd buy the pickup even BEFORE the bass!
