Heads up! Zelinsky V and Z coming!

Got an email from Dean Zelinsky guitars today. They had the usual fare on there. But..... A little coming soon shot of a V and Z shape guitar!! Im on the fence with the headstock, but I almost like it better than regular Deans. Still the V shape, but has much of the V filled in with a wood block.
Checked the site and not showing on there yet.

wow what happened? DZ had all kinds of crazy aggressive-looking models a few years back.

I'm guessing they are gonna have the z-glide neck? I think he used to offer both the z-glide and a traditional neck but last I checked his website, I think everything was Z-glide. Never played one or seen one, maybe it's a good thing. His pricing has sure come up though, at least from the time he was running DBZ. I think he has his guitars made in Indonesia. Not that they cant make good guitars but for the pricing on some/most of them, they better be exceptional. Zelinsky, back in the early Dean Guitars days, was a builder that never wanted to outsource the building of his guitars. I guess the economic realities sunk in.

I like them but agree on the headstock. It is not my style in any way.
