Which wires on what type of pickup? Wire sizes vary from single conductor humbucker, 4 cond. bucker, single coil, etc, etc.

About 5-7mm should be ok, I reckon.

That should be ok for the whole lot. Use slightly smaller if you're doing the individual. You can afford to get a little bigger if you need it tho.

I find that you have to be really careful with your temp setting when heat shrinking Pup wires. If you haven't got an adjustable heater, then I'd go with Electrical tape. I fold it over on itself neatly, and trim it about 2mm off the wire seem with sharp scissors. Looks just as tidy.

No I've never found any, and I've got through miles of the stuff in my line.
