Help combining 2 wiring diagrams

Can someone help me combine these 2 wiring diagrams? What I'd like is to add a push/pull for a "bridge always on" option to the mid/neck tone pot of the diagram that has the bridge push/pull tone pot for series/parallel. http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/604bbbf21797d/2vv1h_1ppbt_addbridge_a_0.pdf

Could I just use this diagram, but connect the neck and middle Area green wires to the switch, instead of the black wires? Does this require a super switch, or can I use a standard 5 way?
