Help deciding pups

I have a BC Rich NJ KKV that I tune to D#, and a NJ M7 Warlock that I tune to B. They both have EMG HZ pups in them, which sound like crap. I have 2 other BCR's with duncans in them, I really like to tone. I need some advice for choosing pup's from the SD line that would sound good for the tunings I use on the M7 and the KKV

What are the woodtypes? If they lean on the brighter side get an Invader, it was made to kill at lower tunings
