Yes i did. I hate the screamin' demon, He's too harsh.

Too harsh definitely is not my experience with that pickup but warm, smooth, sustainy and clear. Well, to each his own I guess. Good luck man!

You might wanne look at BGPickups, a great guy in northern california who will do everything in his power to provide in your needs, the only desadvantage is the waiting time as he custom builds them to your specs, just ordered a custom Lizard from him for my bridge, great guy and great contact service

Have you considered using a Seth Lover bridge model in the neck?
There isn't much you can't do with the SH-55b in the neck.

it sounds certainly in the way i want, something special compared to teh 59 , but i think it has to less output...

I would look then to one of our forum brothers called Zhangbucker, who custom winds pickups. His specialty is in the 8-10k ohm range, but sounding like a vintage PAF if you choose. If you contact him and describe the tone you want I'm sure he'd be able to wind you something magical. He's done this for me many times.
