dani Active member Jan 26, 2006 #2 Re: help i am con-foosed only thing i can think of is those with a bar magnet don't come with rod magnets. i reckon its a cheaper way of manufacturing. a ceramic bar magnet with six steel? rods should be cheaper than 6 a5 or a2 rod magnets.
