Help identify this pickup please

Hi,
I've got this pickup in my parts box and can't, for the life of me, figure out what it is, or where it came from. Its got a red and white wire inside the black insulation. I assume it must have originally had a sticker identifying it, but its long gone and I can't find any other identifying marks.





Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

It's one of the original 18v Livewire singles. They are great pickups but find pots and diagrams are hard.

Thanks, that was going to be my guess, but much nicer to see it documented. Especially the pot values and the tone cap.
