Help identifying late 80s, early 90s vintage SD pickups

I bought brand new in about 1990 an SD "'52 Tele" BRIDGE pickup, but I can't find any information about this particular pickup, like specifications, etc. Would the design be the same as the current SD Five-Two, or the SD Broadcaster? Help!

Also, I have a pickup given to me by a friend that is a bar-pole piece (as opposed to individual polepieces) stacked humbucker in a single-coil form factor. It would have been about the same era - late 80s, early 90s. In noise-free humbucking mode it gives some of the best pickup tones I've ever heard. I think the marking on the bottom is "Sd-1, or "1SD"

Can anyone tell me anything about these golden oldies?

thanks!

Chris

The strat single coil sized humbucker seems to be the Hot Stack for Strat. It's got a single steel blade pole piece. That's the only Duncan I know of that has that. Maybe someone else can chime in here.

welcome to the forum!!

the 52 tele sounds like a 5/2 or nashville studio tele pup (same basic thing just a different name). not 100% sure but thats my best guess. the other does sound like a hot stack. very cool pups
