HELP ! lil 59 cover needed

hey can i get a replacement top for a lil59 neck pickup in black ? anybody know if i can order one from duncan? i lost the top while sitting in with some friends of mine and somebody took it home with them!

If someone managed to pry off the top of a lil series I'm pretty sure that pickup is toast.

nope works great looks kinda like a hot rail w/the scewheads and it just popped off i didn't even know it was gone

Impossible. Those pickups dont have covers, and the top is one-piece with the "body", not removable. you should send a picture of it...

Yeah a picture would be helpful. I can't imagine the top coming off as it is sealed.

i'll see what i can do about a picture but the top does/did come off it is thin plastic like a heavy pick and under that are 2 blades that the screw heads go into it is sealed at this point .

I had a JB jr, and it had this thin plastic "cap" that you speak of as well.

I have a Lil '59, I know what you mean - I can imagine those tops could come off. Does it look like it was just glued on? It looks like it might be. Try e-mailing Seymour Duncan customer support on the main site. Or perhaps Evan will spot this thread.

Actually, it IS possible. It's happened to me with a JB JR. I just glued it back on again. I'll bet if you call Duncan they'd get you a new cover for your Little 59. Lew
