Help me! Buzzing noise...

Hey! I have put in some Mightymite motherbuckers into my brothers cheap stagg-warlock style guitar. The pickups work, but there is a buzzing noise in the background along with a slight siren-type of noise. Someone please help me!!! What have i done wrong?????
