Not usually a fan of bursts, but that one looks tasty. I especially like the black around the outside edge.

Hmmm blank canvas. Paint the headstock and back of the body black and the top a custom color. Of course that increases the price but it would be cooler than the other options and a one off. I can't help but mess with stuff like that, I've never owned a guitar I didn't mod. Thus why I gave up trying to make other brands of guitars better and just started building guitars lol.

Years ago in 2001 I bought a natural quilt top EBMM Axis since it had the most insanely quilted top and Birdseye maple neck Id ever seen, figuring down the road I could have it refinished... Turns out they're a pain to refinish, I don't know anyone that wants to touch it

If we're talking a gigging guitar, I'd say ivory or black. If we're talking home/studio use, go for the flame. Life's too short to not have one freakishly beautiful guitar.

The burst with all black hardware (and dots or blank-board) would really do it for me. Voted it anyways.

You're only 2 months away, why not ask the dealer to get 1 or 2 of each in, then pick your favourite in the flesh?
