Help me put Hot rails in my Stratocaster with S-1 switch system

I want to put a hot rails set or hot rails bridge and neck with some other middle pickup in my Stratocaster. Anyone have something similar with the S-1 Switching or understand the S-1 switching and can advise? I believe the hot rails for bridge and neck work with the S-1 switching but what about the middle? Would the vintage rails work? If not what middle should I pair with the hot rails neck and bridge?
