You want your bridge pickup raised fairly high and your neck to be a little distance from the strings (i keep mine almost flush with the rings). Experiment until you find the sweet spot.

There are two smaller screws in the middle of the sides that are used to adjust the height. Turn them counterclockwise to lower the pickup.
