My strings stick on my pickups and I need help on how to drop them I've tried other stuff but it doesnt work (It causes the sound *especially the low e string* to be super high and muffled) and I have a Epiphone Les Paul.

You should be able to lower them by adjusting the screws on either side of the pickups...not the ones in the corners, those hold pup rings in place.
You want your bridge pickup raised fairly high and your neck to be a little distance from the strings (i keep mine almost flush with the rings). Experiment until you find the sweet spot.

Yes I tried those two screws but it still seems to rise back up and I try pushing them down and it still doesnt give enough clearance for the strings to vibrate freely(It must be the wiring under the pickups)...I'm thinking I should have purchased the Fender Jag-Stang instead.

Turn them the other way :)

So you want me to flip them? So the screws on the pickups are down instead of up? Like the big part of the 9 is down like a 6?

Ok, around the pickup up there should be a plastic "ring"(its actually a rectangle) that has 6 screws. 4 of them are larger and are in the corner of the ring. There are two smaller screws in the middle of the sides that are used to adjust the height. Turn them counterclockwise to lower the pickup.

Yeah I did that and it didn't work (Adjusting the screws) so I opened it up and cleared the wiring inside and sanded down some of the wood so now its fixed and it sounds great! The tone is fat and powerful I've only had it for one week and I didn't realize it, but this is a kick ass guitar. This is my first electric guitar and all I have to say is screw acoustic (but I'll still play my acoustic) but thanks for your help!

Sounds like the pickup wire wasn't pulled all the way through to the control cavity, and was piled up under the pickups preventing them from lowering any.

If the string doesn't behave , just CUT the string and it won't do it again !!:laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2:

Yup. Not surprising coming from shoddy korean workmanship... you should have seen the disaster my Epi had under the pickguard when I first got it. It was noise city. :eek13:
