help needed single coil suggestions

I have a HSS style guitar i just put in a SD demon , what should i try for singles in the neck and middle ?

long time lurker , first time poster.

What kind of tones are you looking for? Do you want a vintage tone or something hotter? What kind of music do you play. Gear etc.... Knowing all that will help us better help you ;) Welcome to the boards!

oops , sorry guys.
i play loads of different music , from heavy to funk and electronic,
so i need something thats great for jumping styles.

i play either a marshall 2553 or a soldano hr50+
with 1960a cab

That's a pretty wide stretch of music there bro! I'd go w/ a duckbucker in the middle and a cool rails in the neck. I'd also hook all 3 up to a mini toggle or push/pull pot to split them. That way you have modern hotter tones and then at the flick of a switch you have a lower output more traditional tone.

Or instead of the Duckbucker you could do Vintage Rails (I seem to recall those being identical winds)? The Demon/VR/CR was one of my favorite pickup combinations I ever tried. It certainly covered a lot of tonal bases.
