Help needed with HSS Ibanez modification..non trem. Need single coil advice!

I posted this question on Seymour Duncan's facebook page, but I got to thinking there must be a bigger audience. I am new here. Cool forum. Anyway, I am doing a conversion on an early 80's Ibanez RG560. It was a trem, but will be a Schaller Fixed bridge with fine tuning adjustments and locking nut. Humbuckers are not a problem. It's the single coils that lose me. I understand F-spaced and regular spaced, but I can't seem to find info on the JB JR and Little 59' with regards to spacing. I was thinking a 59' Custom Hybrid for the humbucker and the JBJR and Little 59" for middle and neck, BUT I am totally open for suggestions. I play rock to heavy and heavier. I am looking for a neck pickup that sounds clean for well...clean. Hope this is not too vague. Any help and suggestion would be appreciated! Than

Howdy, nice guitar! I have recently started delving into using more single coil sized humbuckers in my guitars and I enjoyed the JBjr in the neck, nice tone, not muddy and cleans up well. I tried a hot rails but found it to be really muddy, it really didn't work well in the thick mahogany body. Cool rails are nice but sound better with 250k pots.
I was playing around with a Quarter pound single coil recently and it is really cool! Fat sounding single coil that is great for lead tones and cleans up nicely too! Another one I really dig is the YJM single coils, they're stacked so that they are humcancelling and give you a really nice and clear yet plump single coil tone, really articulate and great clarity for fast solos. I hope this has been of help!

Oh and Welcome to the forum!

Look at photographs of original vintage Fender Stratocasters and you will see that the strings never align perfectly with the pickup polepieces. This does not prevent the best examples from sounding fantastic. The same goes for yo' RG.

Option #1 - Buy the pickups you fancy and stop worrying.
Option #2 - Buy "rail" pickups. Polepiece alignment ceases to be an issue.
