Help needed

So this is my first time soldering my pickups. Everything but the volume works. It never turns off. Here is the project below. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

i cant see the volume control connections well enough in that pic to actually diagnose it. but it looks like maybe the 3rd lug of the pot is not grounded?

if the switch and tone control work normally, and the volume doesnt do anything, then i would check the volume pot grounds
