HELP - P-Rail *MISSING* Dimensions

Can anyone who owns or has access to a P-Rail, provide me with measurements (in millimeters or thousandsths of an inch) for dimensions A, B, C and D depicted in this pic?

These particular dimensions are not covered in the pic listed on SD's product page for the P-Rails.
