HELP!! schaller tremolo dilemma!!

Whats up everyone!
I have an old 90s model esp m2 custom. It's a great guitar, I got it for a really cheap price and they arent very common I guess....I heard Buckethead even used one until he broke it on accident.
Anyway it has an esp stamped schaller floyd, and the tremolo posts are the wood screw type. One of them has loosened over time and leans forward. Not only that but two of the intonation screws are stripped, the string lock blocks are stuck, I need to replace the whole thing.
I prefer ofr or goto trems, but they dont fit in the route.correctly, and the distance due to knife edges causes intonation issues.
What could I get that would drop in and have the same distance from nut to posts??

I think its fixable. With some wd40 you can get the lock blocks unstuck. With some v-coil you can fix the stripped intonation holes (the M3 kit costed me around 30 EUR). About the screw type trem posts, you can either plug re-drill or go the inserts/bushings way (preferred), I am sure you can find them cheap in ebay.
