Hey Everyone or Anyone, I’m trying to wire a strat with three Seymour Duncan humbuckers, a 5 way super switch, an s-1 switch , 1 volume 2 tones. I haven’t had any luck finding a schematic
For what I want to do, so decided to make this a learning a learning opportunity to understand exactly what’s happening so my questions. Soo ...
Am I right in saying the s-1 is basically two push pull pots activated by one switch ?
Is the super five way basically two switches side by side each other who’s out puts can be either tied togther or left separate ?
If both those are right would I be using one side while the s-1 is engaged and one side while the s-1 is disengagaged
And which would the pickups go
To
First the s-1 switch or the super five way
I have no problem following a schematic but I’d like to have a deeper understanding of what’s taking place I’ve read everything I can find and do understand most of it I’m just having trouble getting it to unlock in my brain to just know which wire I want to put where
