Help wireing - I've go the diagram, but how do I wire to the two jacks?

I have two jacks on the back of my cab and I'm wondering how I wire the speakers to it. I have the diagram from avatar. http://www.avatarspeakers.com/wiring diagrams.htm 2 X 16 ohm speakers in parallel making 8 ohms. But it stops at the jacks and I assume that their diagram is for only one jack. I have two.

What I'm guessing is that the two jacks are to 'daisy chain' from my cab to another or something like that. Am I right or does it serve another function?

So what I'm wanting to know is how to wire up the two jacks. :dunno:

It depends if you want them to be in series or parallel with the cab that you plug into it.

What does that mean?

My amp can be either 16 or 8 ohms and I have 2 16 ohm speakers I need to put in there so according to the diagram I need to use parallel. Right?

Does that mean for example - I go from my amp to my cab I'm wireing, out of it to another cab - The second cab will be in either series or parallel depending on how I wire the jack?

bump

also, I guess I could just wire one jack and be ok, right?

Ok, I've decided to go with parallel inputs. I've gathered from a few sources that I'll need to use the avatar diagram for parallel http://www.avatarspeakers.com/wiring diagrams.htm and wire the + from the first jack to the + on the second jack then wire the - from the first jack to the - on the second. Correct so far? Then I'll need to wire the + 's on the diagram to the first jack's + and then wire the -'s to the second Jacks - .

Can anyone confirm this for me?
