I installed a seymour duncan invader on my old ibanez ex370 but i saw that the 5 way switch is a little different compare to the diagram. My guitar have a 5way switch with a humbucker neck, single coil middle and humbucker on the bridge. The 5 way switch is in a strait line (1 to 8 if you count from left to right) the third, fifth and last position have nothing on it. The old pickup was 3 wires (1ground, 1red and 1 white) it was wired on the spot 3 and 8 (can't remember wich goes witch) but i have no idea how to wire the duncan.

Here is the recommended wiring

The diagram says the white and red goes togheter and the black in tbe first slot. But i already hava a white wire there (neck maybe) and i don't want to mess it up. Thanks in advance and have a nice day.

The green and bare go to ground on the back of one of your pots. The red and white are twisted together, and SOLDERED, and taped. And your black wire will go to the furthest position towards the neck, the one you took the other pickups wire out of.
