I haven't installed yet the pickups (first i have to ensure the wiring), but there are Fender custom shops guitars with the same configuration that they are working perfectly.

If you haven't wired it yet then I'd suggest 250k volume. Do you want a tone control on the bridge pup? If so 500k or 1 meg with a 250k for the singles. Auto split the bucker when used with the middle single. I don't like a 250k volume with vintage type singles. They usually end up sounding harsh.
Fender and Duncan pups can work perfectly together but you may need to switch wires to keep everything in phase

Seems like it comes down to taste for 500k or 250k volume for vintage neck and middle singles. 500k is brighter, but it's not excessive. I just went back to 500k from 1 meg on my strat singles and 1 meg WAS over the top.

OK I have made the wiring, but I have one problem and I need your help.
In my HSS Fender strat, I have one Pearly Gates trembucker in bridge position, one fat 50's reverse wound in middle position and one custom 69 in neck position. The guitar has one 500k volume pot, one 250k tone pot for middle and neck position and one 500k pot for the PG. In position 1 is working the PG alone with 500k volume and 500k tone. In position 2 PG spited with middle with 250k volume pot and both 500k bridge tone and 250k tone (see bellow diagram). In position 3 middle pickup with 250K volume pot and 250k tone pot. In position 4 middle and neck both volume and tone 250k pot. And finally in position 5 neck with 250k volume and 250k tone pot. I have made the wiring diagram 2 as seen above.
In positions 5, 4, 3 the result is outstanding!!! But I have a problem in 1 and 2 position. In position 1 although I hear the PG to working properly there is a noise that according to my experience with my other Les Pauls is not acceptable. Moreover the things in position 2 are disappointing. I am not only have noise but also I experience a significant volume reduction. In all positions volume and tone pots are working properly. Maybe, there is a mistake in schematic. I appreciate your help.

Position 2 is out of phase. Easiest fix is to swap hot and ground on the Fender singles.
Which schematic did you base this off of? Bridge wiring and bridge tone seem to be off.

The only mistake I can find in my wiring is that I took the initiative put working both tone pots in position 2, in contrary with the schematic, in order to have flexibility in tones. I don't know if this is the problem with noise and low volume in pos 2

That is a good diagram. That is how I would wire an HSS if I didn't do it like I eventually did.

That diagram is a superswitch and yours is a standard five way. If you look at the Bridge Black and Bridge Red/White they are always both connected to the volume control in both positions 1 & 2, so you always have a split Humbucker.
Ah, I see why you did that, that's what the superswitch diagram shows too. It's missing a jumper on the HB pole of the superswitch. Also, in the superswitch diagram you can see the Red/White pair is connected to ground in position 2 rather than Hot like in your diagram.
With a two pole 5-way you can use the second pole either to split the HB or to select which tone you want active.

hii vinnie, I use your diagram on my guitar project and it's work like charm, thanks to you. btw I had a question tho, how to auto coil split when in pos 2, and use coil splitter as a parallel switch instead of a coil split, can you show me the diagram? thanks before and cheers
However I prefer control of tone for all pickups and would do it like this

If you can show me your series parallel wiring in the switch I can show you how to do it. It does depend on how you did it. As you have a switch put put the bridge in parallel auto split may not be that useful.
Also this might impact your tone controls. Because you will either connect the series link to ground for inner coil (north) or connect to hot for outer coil (south my preference) which means using one side of your regular 5 way.
I recently put together an HSS strat and in the end I did not like auto split coil with single coil - it’s not very effective with a low DCR pickup ( I had it with Dimarzio Virtual PAF which is in similar ball park to PG DCR) I much preferred the humbucker with a single coil. So using a super switch I use a push push on tone 1 to select whether middle pickup is on in the middle position or if neck and bridge humbucker are in together in the middle position ( giving a tone between a Les Paul and Telecaster middle position- closer to a telecaster custom ) which is for me much more useful plus the tone controls are designated in the following positions with neck being 1 And bridge being 5:
Tone 1:
Positions 1, 2, 3, 4
Tone 2 :
Position 5
My volume is 500k, my tones are 250k for positions 1 to 4 and 500k in position 5.
My single coils do not sound too bright and work very well with the Virtual PAF.
But if you want me to do a drawing let me know. But have a think - what you want is best achieved with a superswitch
