help with intonation

I'm trying to setup my strat. But no matter what I do the twelfth fret is always about 7 cents sharp. I've tried both the A and E strings and both are this way. Is there something else I have to do besides turning the screw and retuning?

If you have too much relief in your guitar's neck or the strings are set too high either at the bridge or at the nut, you have to stretch the string down more when you play the 12th thread, this will cause the note go sharp. Have you checked that? Old strings may cause that problem too.
