Help with Switching options H-H-H and middle pickup selection

Hey everyone,

I am planning out a build from Warmoth.com and I have read up on here about the hybrid pickup and have decided that a Jazz/59 hybrid in the neck and a Custom/Jb hybrid in the bridge will be what I am aiming for. The problem is I also would like a middle single coil and after looking around I think that a noiseless version like the Dimarzio area 58 would be good.

Anyways for the switching I would want to use a Megaswitch E-Model or something similar because I think that that would offer me allot of versatility. Only problem is is that since the middle single coil would be a stack and it doesn't have wiring options for 3 humbuckers. I would like it if all of the pickups balanced in volume so I figured if I kept it 2 coils at all times it might be a bit more even. If it is possible I would want the combinations to look something like this:

Here are the combinations from the site that are listed:

So do any of you think that type of switching would be possible? Also do you think the Dimarzio Area 58 would not match well with the other 2 pickups? Is there any noiseless single coil that you think would fit better with the 2 other pickups?

Also I am not sure if this will be a 22 or a 24 fret guitar, If I go with a 24 fret guitar is there any thing you guys would suggest to make the neck Jazz/59 hybrid in the 24 fret placing sound a bit more like it would if it was in the 22nd fret placing?

The electronics will hopefully be a master volume and tone and a 5 way switch.

Thanks for the help.

You get many more PU combinations using push-pulls than you do with a rotary switch. The Jiimy Page system (4 push-pulls) has 21 combinations. Another benefit is that push-pulls are easier to wire up, and many more people here use them than rotaries, so you can get more help & ideas.

I was under the impression that the megaswitch wasnt a rotary switch? I thought rotary switches looked like pots, oh well guess I was wrong. I actually had push pull pots on a guitar of mine and i couldnt use them very easily while playing, it was hard to get a grip and pull up on the knob. Maybe it would be different if I used something like a Telecaster type knob instead of a gibson knob. Anyways I like the super strat setup with the 5 way switch and master volume and tone because I can use it the easiest. I was just wondering if that kind of switching would be possible with those electronics. But thank you for the advice that would definately work too.
