Everything about this strat looks right and there aren't a ton of fender fakes in my experience but I for the life of me cannot find this serial number and the two different fonts seem super funky.

What are your thoughts gang?

The fact that the serial number has two fonts is a good thing. The 10 means that it was made in the USA in 2010. The numbers after that are unique to the instrument. They were likely not printed at the same time

"Serial numbers that begins with 10, followed by a space and then several other digits. This system was quickly replaced by a second convention, although instruments bearing these designations were produced for a few months in late 2009 and early 2010.

Serial numbers that begin with “US” and “MX,” followed by two digits that denote the year and then several other digits, thus denoting the country of origin and the model year (a serial number starting with “US12,” for example, would describe a U.S.-made instrument built in 2012; “MX10” would describe an instrument built in Mexico in 2010)."

This is from Fenders serial number decoder page

Even my MIM and Baja have different fonts on the serial. It looks normal to me. I recall reading about the "10" US model years back. (My other US models are older or reissues and have the serial on the plate, so I can't compare.)

Are we sure it's different fonts? Might it be eye-oh, (the letters), followed by the numbers, zero zero five three zero two?

Sweet Strat, regardless.
