Help with two different switches

Hi All!,
I'm trying to rewire one of my guitars, and I was trying to use one of the schematics provided at Seymour Duncan website. However, the 5-ways switch shown in those schematics is different from the one I have on my guitar (a Yamaha Pacifica). I wonder if someone could please tell me how to translate the wirings in Seymour Duncan website to a schematics using the kind of switch in my Yamaha guitar. As an attachment you can find how the structure of the Yamaha switch is.

well it looks tricky cant quit figure it out from the pic i found at stewmac.com
here's the pic

lug 0 = common
lug 1 = position 1
lug 2 = position 2
lug 3 = position 3
lug 4 = position 4
lug 5 = position 5
