Partial split with Schaller Megaswitch M

Hi! Noobie here, I need some help please for a partial coil split.

I'm setting up a Seymour Duncan HH with a Schaller Megaswitch M, one volume, one tone.
I'm using the Schaller diagram for splitting coils in positions 2 & 4 (outer coils in active mode).

If I want to do a partial split, where do I connect the resistors?
Between ground and which pin?

I spent days trying to figure it out online and I just cannot do it.

Thank you so much!!

You would put the resistor between the red wire and the switch. (Red arrows.) Not ground.

However, did you already buy the Megaswitch? I really don't like how they did the split. A Superswitch would be much better. Notice how I redrew the #2 position. #4 would be the same. The Megaswitch leaves the unused coil "hanging" on the hot side of the circuit, like a big ole noise antenna. Some people have had no problem with this, but it's something to be aware of.

Thank you so much for the quick answer!

Yeah, I already have the megaswitch installed.
That’s the way I tried it when I first installed it, but what it did - it was partially split in both positions 1 and 2. And in 3 and 4 respectively. Basically the humbuckers were also partially split in positions 1 and 4.
