Hi i have an epiphone les paul custom plus http://www.epiphone.com/default.asp?ProductID=48&CollectionID=6
and was going to fit alnico pro II into my guitar would this imrove the sound of my guitar?

Oh hell yes it will!!!! The alnico II pro is a great pickup. A whole lot better sounding than stock epiphones.
