Curly, They are super guys - I've purchased three guitars from them in the last three years - I'm always treated very well and yes they do have the only "trade up" policy I've ever heard of.... buy any guitar and at any time if you want to trade in for a guitar of higher cost just take your guitar back in and they give you the cost (less tax) you paid as a trade in value. You pay the difference plus the tax. I haven't been to their new location - I traded in the ASAT and picked up the Heritage about a week before they moved.

So funny you saw that one! I was all ready to buy it. It was that two humbucker Tele in black flametop. I placed a proxy bid one minute before the auction ended, to score that beauty for $770. All of the sudden,
it said the auction had ended. I looked down at my computer's clock and realized it was off from standard time. I lost that auction for that reason alone. I was so angry at myself for letting that happen. I wanted that guitar! Now, I'm pissed again.
