Looks nice bro, congrats :bigthumb:

Glad you are getting rid of that schaller mess they install on those things:laugh2:

Might wanna look into some Klusons too...that little bitty stock w/ the heavy grovers/schallers def has some effect on the tone!

And then ya just need a pup selector ring (I put one on immediately, to me it just ruins the aesthetics without the selector ring, but YMMV).

Nice Gary Moore sig too :D
Klusons maybe i don't know if they will fit in the holes left by the grovers? but the first thing i was going to do is get rid of the ring around the selector. but the tone pros are going on this weekend for sure. i got a gary moore signed press photo too !!!!!!

That's a beauty, dude, and it will get better and better on ya (as mine did). Why does it have to look like a Gibson with replacing the Grovers and putting a rythm/treble sign around the selector? Be proud of your American Heritage, I'd say. Also I believe the Grovers were selected with care to counterbalance the rest of the guitar and changing them to those plastic Klusons may have negative effects.
My modern 150 has SD 59s and it's a lovely sound. Are those Schaller p.u.'s that bad? Never read anything negative about 'em.

Great fun about these guitars is their value for money - something you can't always say about their uncles from Gibson.
Feel free to visit my site to hear some sound samples of my H150.
