heritage stock duncans? (scott f!!)

Re: heritage stock duncans? (scott f!!)

ive played a couple heritage guitars that had 59's in them, not sure what models though

Depends on how you order it, though from what I hear it's cheaper just to get the Duncan's separate. I think Heritage's "stock" pickups are from Schaller.

The Schaller pups that came in my 535 blew chunks. I got a set of Seths in there so fast it'd make your head swim. Great pups, especially in that guitar.

Just order them the way you want. Or if you order from Jay and the guitar doesn't have duncans in it, you can have him put in what you want. He'll do just about anything. Any option at all.

I can't afford to buy it new. Basically you're telling me that they dont put a particular model in... looks like I'll just buy one and then buy the pups on my own.

I'd say over 1/2 of the ones I see already have some sort of Duncans in them. Lots of SEths and Antiquities for the most part.

here's Buffalo Bros' Heritage page, showing several different models that use '59s, Antiquities, and their own HRW pickups. AFAIK, they quit using Schallers.
