Probably good enough that you'd like it. I'd opt for the head version, because then it's easier to match it to whatever cabinet I'd want, easier to work on, and IIRC the combo is constructed out of particle board. I'd mind less if just the amp section was made from particle board - it's the speaker cabinet being made from particle board that I'd have a problem with.
Still, good enough. It's cheap, and you could easily do a whole lot worse for roughly the same price.
