Hey Frank: SFX-01 tech question.

The input impedance of the SFX-01 is 500k. Since most amps, (and correct me if I'm wrong), are 1 meg input Z, I'm just curious why they didn't go with a 1M input Z.

There are a few pedals that only have around 500k input impedance.

I'm guessing it has something to do where it is going to be used?

Like, a 500k impedance for things coming from your guitar, and 1M for things that are line level?
