Which coil permutations are you thinking of having? This will determine which exact type of five-way selector switch is appropriate.
As you may have already discovered, the official EBMM information explains the switching and knob functions without going to the extent of displaying a conventional wiring schematic diagram.

Given that he says "selecting coils", I'm going to assume he wants to select individual coils (splitting) at the very least. Could be series/split/parallel for all I know, though.
Either way, a straight Strat 5-way might get the basic job done as long as 2 and 4 are set for auto-split, but you'd want a MegaSwitch/SuperSwitch (20-something pins) to get all the craziness.

The standard EBMM switch selects either humbucker, both together in parallel and some permutations of a single coil from each for a fake Fender Jazz Bass sound. I reckon that this requires a Superswitch.
