Hi Lynx1975, and welcome to the forum!
While the setup you’re asking for is certainly doable, there’s no way to do it with a regular Strat-style switch. You’ll need a 5-way super switch to give you the basic switching options. Also, which type of mini switch do you have... a 3PDT or a 4PDT mini? I haven’t worked it all out yet, I suspect that you’ll need it to be a 4PDT.
I can come up with a diagram for you, but I’ll need to have this clarification.

I have both 3PDT and 4PDT ON-ON (not yet installed on the guitar). I plan to install only one of them.

Hi BriGuy1968! I JUST Bought Billy Gibbins Red Devil Mini Humbuckers for my Strat Pro. I've got the 3 250K POTS, 5 Way Super Switch. Adding a 3PDT or 4 PDT (whichever you suggest). What would be the best suggested wiring to get the most tones? I can follow schematics and solder ... no problem with that! I get messed up wiring a guitar figuring out the custom wiring. I don't know why I draw a blank with that! THANK YOU, Chuck M

Lol... no big secret. It’s a freeware program called ExpressSCH. You have to make your own components, and it only does black & white. I color it with Microsoft Paint.

I could probably come up with something for you, Chuck, but it wouldn’t be until tomorrow night. However, this diagram (by Seymour Duncan) will do everything you’re asking for with just a standard Strat-style 5-way and a push-pull (or a 2-way DPDT). If for some reason it won’t work for you, just let me know and I’ll come up with something else.

Sorry! I want the humbucker sound and also grab the single strat pickup tones as well. 5 tones for the humbucker, then 5 tones from 1/2 humbuckers. I don't think I'm wording it correctly. I hope I got you close enough!
