Hipshot Baby Grand bridge...any info?

Anyone ever play a guitar with the hipshot baby grand bridge on it? i wanted to get some reviews on the quality and such if possible. It caught my eye while looking through stew mac and i'm thining of building a warmoth project to use it on (flat top LP maybe???)...not sure yet since i just bought a new tele that isn't even here yet lol. anyway, any info would be great....here it is...

I was curious about those too. If you try it let me know how it works out. Anything has to be better than the tailpiece stopbar combo. I think that setup is way outdated.

yeah i agree, i own a LP (avatar pic) and i have to be honest i'm not a huge fan of stoptail and bridge setups in the typical LP style like that...i dunno why so i thought this looked cool and may work well also...

my esp is similar, except it's a tonepros bridge, but I'm still in the process of getting everything adjusted right, I have a "mystery rattle" in the bridge somewhere probably due to the stopbar angle. I'll have to figure it out another time. I still love your guitars by the way. I'm jealous as hell of that LP.

thanks man, nice to hear that my modding of my guitars paid off and others like them as much as i do

i just finished up a "hot rod" MIM tele the other day (well 90% done still waiting on new neck pickup and may refinish it and change the color). i also have another US made tele you may like when i'm done with it, which is in the mail due to arrive to me on tuesday wooohoo. and i'm already planning the next one and this new tele isn't even here yet lol!

sounds like I might have to come down and visit you sometime! lol. I'm down in that area every so often, I'll be headed down there again this coming wednesday. My father lives in sullivan county and I'm going to help him get some gear off his hands that he no longer uses, it's going the way of the ebay. Many of my friends go to school in NY also.

I like modding my stuff also, that way it's personalized and it's not like everyone else's.
