Hohner G3T Pickups

The G3t is a nice travel guitar but the pups are no good for me.
It is set up like a strat with a bridge humbucker.
I have limited experience with strats.I play tele's.
I had a quarter pounder tele pup (fender) that I liked.
I didn't care much for real vintage type pups,too bright & thin for me.
I have G&L MFD P90 type ceramics that I like in my tele's.
I am looking for a ballanced set of pups to drop in her.
Real single coils with a little more poop would be nice.
Hum cancelling when 2 pups are on would be nice.
A not too loud (hot) humbucker that would work well with the single coils would be GREAT !

Are the pickups the Select by EMG ones? It's difficult because there isn't exactly much guitar to go on is there? :laugh2:

Yes they are the wonderful "select" pups that they have on her.
Guys who use lot's of effects like them (NOT Me).
They are neutral (neutored) sounding and lend themselves well to heavy distortion & lots of pedals.
I want good sounding regular kind of pups.
Pups that work well with guitar volume changes and sound sweet while going streight into my old tube amps.
3 pups that will be ballanced and work well together.
Any ideas ?

PATB-1 and a pair of Parallel Axis Stacks would be a good balanced set and would beef up the sound of that guitar.
