sure if you pull the frets and coat the fingerboard with epoxy :)
the high end warwicks are fantastic basses, nothing wrong with the lower ones but i wouldnt call them ultimate, but nothing beats an early to mid 60's fender

a friend of mine is selling a 1980 small bodied tobias bass and a '66 p bass that is in great shape but i sooo dont have the cash to throw down on a vintage bass right now
