Hooking up a SD Pearly Gates bridge p/u to a Fender S-1

I have strat sized Pearly Gates bridge pickup that I want to install in a Fender Am deluxe. The neck and middle p/u's are fender n3 noiseless. I am not sure which wires go to the s-1 pot and since the other 2 pickups are fender if the hot needs to be reversed. I have searched but cannot find anything online and wonder if anyone else has hooked up a SD humbucker type to an S-1 system.

what are you trying to accomplish with the s1 switch? i dont think youd need to do anything to the fender pups, but youll probably need to use green as hot and black as ground
