hello! I currently install 3 pickups on my warmoth strat but there seems to be a problem. it might be an out of phase issue but I'm not sure. I have a hot rail in the bridge, hot stack in the middle and lil 59 in the neck but I'm getting this thin, nasaly sound especially on the bridge (hot rail) and bridge/middle (hot rail, hot stack) position. I followed the EVERYTHING AXE and 3 SINGLE COIL SIXED HUMBUCKERS wiring diagrams but I got the same results. I don't know what to do from this point. if someone can send me a photo or a link or who knows whats going on, I really appreciate. Thank in advance!

Tap on each rail of the Hot Rails with an allen wrench while your guitar is plugged in to see if it's split for some reason.

^This, certainly, and next you should check the pickups' DCR with a meter to make sure they are giving full output. You can also post several clear pics of your wiring to see if we can spot anything that is amiss.
